I cannot praise JM Decks and Fences and fences enough. They have done a great job and wow what craftsmanship. I put in for a fence over 176 feet wide and they got it done in one day, yes one day! Like clock work they were their when scheduled, I did not have to alter any plans.
I can tell you first hand its almost mesmerizing watching these guys work at how fast they were able to get the fence built from scratch to finish, including building out the panels. That would have taken me almost 3 + weeks I am sure. I know their are other companies out there but please do you homework and research JM Decks and Fences.
You will not be disappointed. Big shout out to Wes for helping me get the process going on my fence. Antonio was able to keep me posted on the status of the fence building. And the three guys that built that fence a big pat on the back for them.
After searching and receiving estimates for a new deck, I decide to go with J&M Decks and fences. First, they are the only one that submitted a contract specifying the details. Second, the communications where great. Third, they gave updates and showed up on the day they said they would come. Fourth, any details that I thought should be taken care of, were dealt with without objections.
An example was that the tips of the railings extended slightly below the bottom edge. This was taken care of by using a sander. Inspections by the city where approved the same day. Had one inspector that demanded a new survey because it was 2 feet wider. This would not have any impact on the property setbacks, nevertheless.
I complied with it. They were not pressuring me for the final payment until all inspections passed. Slightly higher than the competition, however, the old saying is applicable, “you get what you pay for.”
JM did an excellent job replacing decking and railing on our almost 30 yr old, 25’ x 14’ deck with Timber Tech composite. Their service was professional and accommodating from quotation to cleanup. Particularly appreciated their responsiveness and honesty with our questions and concerns.
Handled material shortages from supplier (due to COVID) well, keeping us informed and in the loop. Pricing was very competitive, Antonio worked to provide the best job for our budget. Craftsmen were just that, craftsmen - paid attention to detail. I recommend JM Deck and would us them again.

There were a few hiccups along the way due to COVID-19 which delayed our fence installation but once the materials arrived and they started work, it took them 1 day to install our fence. They did solid work and we are very happy with it. Definitely recommend them!.
We hired JM decks to repair the drainage system for a section of our house and to install a large paver patio including lights, a fire pit and a long ledge for sitting. They had to remove several trees and clear a large area to install the patio. As with many things during Covid there was a delay in getting the pavers from the distributor, but they kept us informed over the 4 week delay and the start of the project.
Once they started they were here on time every morning (except Sundays). The quality of the work was excellent and the workers were careful and responsive to our questions. The patio and drainage work exceeded our expectations . I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for another project.
Very pleased with this fence company. They were very timely and fast to come on site and get me an estimate.
Their turnaround for production was very professional and on time. They were one of the least expensive estimates I got for a custom project. I would highly recommend them their products are extremely quality!

The company helped me design a wooden pergola and a paver patio addition using a design software to explore ideas and pricing. They also helped me fill out and submit the HOA application for approval. Final product came out very nice. We are enjoying our new pergola and patio very much!
